End Hunger Fast - Much like the 30 Hour Famine, we're challenging groups of youth and adults to go without food for 30 hours and stand in solidarity with the hungry. During that time, groups will learn what it takes to overcome hunger and raise funds to feed starving children at just 24 cents per meal. Let's end hunger. FAST!

Give a Gift to the Homeless - Have you seen the homeless while you're driving through town or stopped at a red light? Instead of ignoring this person or wondering what to do, surprise him with a present! For many, it will be their first present in years. Simply create a gift box to fit your budget, and include simple items such as a comb, scarf, toothbrush, and granola bars. For ideas on what to include, download our How-To: Homeless Gift Box (pdf).

Advent Conspiracy - Americans are expected to spend $465 billion on Christmas this year. On what? Christmas lights, greeting cards, fuzzy slippers, more toys... But, do your loved ones need another sweater or random gift certificate? Really? In lieu of one of "those" gifts, give them a gift that will really matter!

Skip It 4others: Skip something - coffee at Starbucks, a dinner out, movie tickets, iTunes music, a car wash, that cool app for your iPhone - take that money you would have spent on those things and donate it instead to 4others.org or your favorite charity. Currently, we are using this idea to raise funds to provide life-saving meals for children in developing nations. We have also used this idea to raise funds to ship medical supplies to Haiti after the earthquake. We called our campaign "Skip It for Haiti."

Host a Laundry Love Project (LLP): Check out this amazing idea from Just4One.org. Laundry Love Projects provide regular opportunities to help people who are struggling financially by assisting them with doing their laundry. Download the Participantion Guide HERE.

Take the H2O Challenge: Make water your only beverage for two weeks. Skip the sodas, coffees, energy drinks, and other bottled beverages -- take that money you would have spent on those drinks (or that your parents would have spent) and donate it instead to the African Water Project to provide clean & safe water.

Dance for Kids Who Can't: A new program from our friends at CURE International designed to help students radically change the life of a child in the developing world while having a great time. For more information, contact "Dance" Project Director, Kyle Warmington.

End Hunger by Writing: Follow these practical steps in writing to Congress about the need for change in our nation's policies, programs, and conditions that allow for hunger to persist around the world.

Lend your voice in fighting poverty: Join ONE in holding world leaders to account for the commitments they've made to fight extreme poverty, and campaigning for better development policies, more effective aid and trade reform.

Donate your shoes: Clean out your closet and donate new or gently worn footwear to the over 300 million barefoot children.
